I purchased new detergent box and there is no detection in the application. There is an error to detect.

I recently purchased the new detergent box and it’s clearly shown in application that it’s not detected as a detergent box. There is an error.

Can you please share some pictures of the new and old solution tank in DM so that we can understand the concern better and help resolve it? Thanks
