L10S charging and discharging in 10 secs

The app shows 100% charged, but if I initiate a fast mapping (somehow all map data is removed) the robot comes out and immediately powers off.
There is no deposit in the connectors. I tried to factory reset it, but still nothing works. Attached 2 videos

There can be and internal problem with the batter or some component which is causing the robot to shut down.
In that case, please reach out to service team to get necessary support.
