Product not charging /starting / turning on

The robot has been dead for 4 days, the front two (on and home light) won’t turn on at all even when on the charging dock for a while, have checked the position of the robot on the charging dock as well as put it on a different power supply still no change

Hi,
Most probebly, the adapter may have stopped working. You may want to check if the adapter is working. Easy way to check is powering your router with the adapter. And you can also use router adapter for a few seconds to supply power to dock and then check if it works.

If adapter is the issue, you can call customer care and order a new one. Thanks
