The robot stopped moping

The robot stopped moping, only vacum. Both in the geni mode and in custom mode.it doesnt place the mop pads on the floor and it doesnt spin them. Its not a carpet, but it behaves that way.
Untill now it workwd fine.

Hi, please DM us the video of robot and the screen recorded video of the App settings so thta we can understand and help you resolve this.

My robot is not mopping. Only vacuum is working.
