Yes..not able to purchase from last 1 month.. no reply from customer service either

It has been over 3 months since it was last in stock. Since then it has been out of stock always. No reply from customer support either.

Highly disappointed in after sales service. Thjs is what companies like Dreame do: Launches a cheap product and after 6 months or so stops manufacturing their accessories. Indian consumers need to ban such companies by taking matter in their own hands. Khud k ghar ko saaf khud se hi karna shuru kar dete h saarey yeh faaltu log raastey p aajaaengey. #boycott

What's even the point of just selling the machine  ,customers are willing to pay pull price for the accessories.but no, dreame want to store it and never keep it in stock  and   once it was in stock and I ordered it  never got it and was cancelled from the other end
