Not able to add device on the app

Dear Support Team,

Could you please help me add the device to the application?

I’m able to turn it on, connect it to wifi, and also rename it. However, when I hit ‘finished,’ it just doesn’t show up on my devices.

Additionally, when I try to scan the QR code through the in-app camera, it says “Device not launched”.

Any help would be appreciated.

You need to change the region of the App to India.
