Cannot find replacement filter.

My L10 Prime filter is due for replacement. However, the replacement filter is not available online. Please advise.

Same issue. It’s been more than a month (or even longer). I don’t understand why they cannot ensure availability of essential accessories. Wasn’t expecting such poor product support from a company that claims to produce premium products in the robot vacuum space.
      The customer service over phone keep giving me a rehearsed response of “ Sorry for the inconvenience. You’ll be notified on the app when the accessories are back in stock.”
