Dreame l10s Ultra Keep Charging Sound

I am using l10s ultra from almost one and half year. But from 10 days when it's in charging every 2 minutes it say charging.
Then when i try to start cleaning command it just come out without washing mop pad and come out and automatically go to base station instantly. Happened this every day for 10 to 15 times.

After keep trying it start mopping to rooms.

Give me a solution.
