The detergent is installed, but it is showing an error.

Even though I have installed the detergent properly, it is always showing an error: 'install detergent error'. Can someone help me resolve this issue?

Hi, this message comes when the the detergent tank is not able to establish the contact. Please check the contact point in the station as they may be damaged.
