Robo 8s not returning to the base station

Hi Team,
My robo is not able to identify the base station to charge or to return to the bade station after cleaning. Could you please support me?

Hi, you may need to clean the space between charging contacts on the robot and the station. It is possible that the robot is not able to receive signal from the dock station. Also, dock need to be powered on, just check if it is turned OFF by mistake. Thanks
