L10 Prime water delivery issue

Hello Dreame Team,

I am using the Dreame L10 Prime. Today, I noticed that the robot is unable to draw water from the fresh water tank. Although a motor noise can be heard, water is not reaching the mop pads.

Could you please suggest what might be causing this issue and how it can be resolved?
