Wet mopping isnt working

I have setup the device and tried ful cleaning but i noticed wet mopping is not happening. Can you suggest what should i do or any additional steps need to followed for wet mopping

Even I am facing the same issue. It was all working fine but I think after some app updates, water change and mop cleaning not happening.  Earlier mop cleaning and water change was done after cleaning some area but not now. What is the setting for it to get them cleaned.

May i suggest but first i want to know that in which mode you are running device?, if you run it in only cleaning mode then it will not go for mopping and get water and drain, so first check your mobile app, may you changed some settings in cleaning
