My d10s is not working

I had bought this vaccuum around an year ago, and it worked perfectly fine. But recently we had shifted. After I set up the dock, the robot wouldn't connect and showed offline. I removed it from list of devices in hopes of resetting but it doesn't turn on so I can't connect to it now. Please help!

Hi, Please send us a DM with a few pictures of the charging contact point of the robot and station. It can be that the contact is not established properly due to damage or carbon layer formation
