My F10 showing offline on app

The app is not working. I tried reinstalling the app but no luck

Hi, You may need to resetup network connection.

1. Power On & Pair: Ensure the robot is on the dock and charged. Press and hold the power and home/spot cleaning buttons for 3 seconds until a voice prompt says "waiting for network configuration".
2. Add Device: Tap "+" in the app and scan the QR code located under the top cover.
3. Wi-Fi Setup: Select your home 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network and enter the password.
4. Finalize: Connect your phone to the robot's hotspot (e.g., "Dreame-XXX") in your phone's Wi-Fi settings, then return to the app to complete the setup.
