d10s - power on, pairing successfully but no service

Good day all!
I have a problem with my d10s robot vacuum cleaner. It keeps repeating „power on, pairing successfully” when I try to make it work, but it doesn't start moving. It worked several times at the begining, but now it doesn't anymore.

Also, some of the functions in the app become unavailable when the robot doesn't work, such as Selected Zone Cleaning, Configure Zone Cleaning, PIN 'N GO, as well as changing the Sweep&Mop function to Sweep or Mop.

Any ideas? Thank you!
