Water dispenser is not working in the mop

The mop is getting detected by the vacuum. But the water inside doesn’t get dispensed to the mop. After it was done cleaning, I noticed it was dry. Model is D10 plus gen 2.

Hi, Water could have internally seeped on motor and damaged it. Please check that and inform sevice team regarding the same.
