Can not find filters

Not able to find the filter for Dreame f10 . Current one is blocked but I am not able to find a replacement

i have also bought the same one F10 but no accessories kit available even you will not get a single feedback from Dreame end because they are miss leading customers and doing false marketting Alexa also not working still upgrading their developers what a joke ! otherwise same answer that we will restock it soon and Alexa voice control issue will fix within week, i think they dont have any idea week means how many days. From which planet this company launched in India no idea because in this planet means earth 7 days a week.
