Repair Request #134471 has been pending for nearly four months now. I’ve repeatedly been told it would be resolved within 48 hours, but there has been no actual progress.
This delay has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would appreciate a clear update and a definite resolution timeline as soon as possible.
