Feels like forgery product

I bought this product with high expectation but most of the functionality were not working with broken product parts

Received the product today and the robot is not turning on at all! The docking base station is working. I was able to configure it in the app when manually attached it to the docking station. However as soon as it detaches it shuts down and does not turn on.
I think it’s a second hand product which they have delivered because there was no stickers or protections on the product when I opened it.
On the back I see the battery sticker which looks like they have replaced the battery!
