Defective product

Received the product today and the robot is not turning on at all! The docking base station is working. I was able to configure it in the app when manually attached it to the docking station. However as soon as it detaches it shuts down and does not turn on.
It looks like I have received a used product whose battery has been replaced!!
How can you deliver an already opened and repaired product.

Since you have received the product today, you can check the replacement policy and opt for a replacement. Else you can also let the service team have a look before confirming it as a defect.
