Device going Offline after 2-3 Days

Hello, I have noticed that my Dreame L10s Ultra is going offline after 2-3 days. This is the third time it has happened, and I am required to reset everything and add the device again each time. I would appreciate it if you could provide support regarding this issue.

Hi, this may happen when the router strength is weak due to which it leaves the connection of the robot. This can happen due to various reasons like router overload due to many connetions, old router model or some router settings. It is best to get it checked through your internet service provider
