Mopping pads are always dry

Even after selecting the maximum wet setting mopping pad is always dry. I clicked on mopping pad washing but base station was completely dry. I even tried "More Setting" -"Water Circuit Maintenance" but that didn't help. I think problem is with base station not able to suction the water. Please help me fix this issue.
