Not docking and charging

I have purchased L40 AE in april2026 and I feel that dreame has sent some returned or refurbished product,as it's not working properly since the day I purchased it. Initially it's taking charge but unable to do proper mapping now it's not even docking and charging

Hi, Dreame does not sell refurbished or returned products. In case there was an issue during unboxing, you can always get product replaced from the platform of purchase
