Dreame L10s Ultra navigation issue

I am facing issue with my Dreame L10s Ultra.

Issue -
It is getting stuck while cleaning(vaccuming or mopping) and displays a message that front wheels are stuck. I have checked it multiple times and there is no obstruction observed and wheels, brush and all parts are clean.

It keeps on rotating in one side with same message on application.

Let me know the resolution of this issue or send a technician to fix it.
