Poor Customer Support

At times, I genuinely feel I made a big mistake buying a Dreame product. Getting assistance or even basic spare parts seems next to impossible.
I had raised a request for a spare part and, after following up for over a week, today I received a call from an agent (+91 96549 92919) asking me to call customer care myself and request that the ticket be changed from “repair” to “spare,” because the Dreame team had incorrectly raised it under repair.
If the mistake was made internally by the Dreame team, why should the customer be expected to keep following up and getting the request corrected? This is extremely disappointing and reflects very poor after-sales support.
