Battery drainage issue in mova j20 vaccum cleaner

I recently purchased dreame Mova j20 vacuum cleaner on 17th may 2026 and it was delivered to me on 18th may 2026 from croma sector 29 gurgaon. The issue I am facing is that after charging for about 4 and a half hours and making the battery be charged to its full potential the battery get drained in under 10 minutes of use. Kindly help me resolve the problem
