DREAME L40s Ultra AE Frequently Going Offline - Unable to Access Device

Hello Team,

We recently purchased the DREAME L40s Ultra AE, and we have been experiencing a recurring issue where the device frequently appears offline in the app.

When this happens, we are unable to access or control the robot at all. The only workaround is to power the device off and on multiple times, after which it eventually comes back online. This has become quite frustrating and significantly impacts usability.

Our Wi-Fi connection is stable, and no other devices on the network are experiencing connectivity issues. Could you please help us identify the root cause and advise on a permanent solution?

We would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
