Machine is making alot of noise, like something internally is broken

Since last few days the machine has started making alot of loud noise. The noise sounds seems like something is broken or loosed internally or it is the motor issue.

Hi I have one problem with today in l10 prime robot vaccum pls any one help me to solve this last week only I bought this and I have no complaint but today I put the robot for mopping it's is mopping the floor but it didn't take water the mop pad is very dry but I checked all the settings all are correct mop is self cleaning properly but not mopping with wet what can I do
