F10 vaccum cleaner not able to detect Water tank

The robot vaccum cleaner Dreame F10 is not able to detect the water tank. Even the water tank is cleaned. The sensors are totally cleaned. The water tank is filled with water and the mop is also cleaned, trying multiple times to install the water tank, but it’s still not detecting it and I can’t use the mopping feature through the app as it says that please install the water tank to use the mopping feature, so I’m not able to use it and it only does the sweeping even after the mob and water tank is installed
