Abnormal water level in washboard

Robot continuously stops saying abnormal water level in washboard. I’ve cleaned it as much as possible but the issue persists. Sometimes it works but stops when there is a slight water stored in the waste water tank

Same is happening with my D20 Ultra. I have also cleaned all the necessary parts, but it is still showing the same issue. After 2–3 mop washes, it continuously shows “Abnormal water level in washboard”

Had the same problem. Mop pad was snagging, replacing it fixed the issue.
