Battery is not charging properly

I have been using Dreame L10 Prime for the past 10 months and suddenly for the past 2 days I'm seeing it is not charging fully 100% even after 14 hours of charging and starts discharging from 80% to 25% within 15 minutes of usage. Can somebody help me on what the issue is

Battery or bms failing. File for a warranty claim
