[Tips & Hacks] Mops pads touches the ground in vaccum mode only

Reading Mode

I observed, mop pads are touching ground while using vaccum mode only. Which should not happen. When robot starts that time mop pads are in upward position but later on it touches ground.

@Dreame kindly look into this and provide a solution
