Inferior main brush quality Dreame D20

It's just been 3 months since I bought a brand new Dreame D20. Within 3 months, the main brush gave up. All it encountered was long human hair, no sharp objects whatsoever.
The rubber quality is too inferior. Dreame should seriously consider the quality of consumables and wither away from providing cheap quality to force its customers to keep buying it's accessories. Come on I expected atleast a 6 month life but never mind 🤦🏼‍♂️
