[F10] New robot issue in charging

I brought robot vacuum cleaner on 1st /07/2026 just 20 days , and my product was not charging now what should I have to do with the product without charging 🤔 I thought your product will work very well without any issues but it worked only 15 days and results was this , you should resolve my problem, I brought this product from Croma offline store Eluru road Vijayawada A.P state
