Error of water tank

Im using the L10 pro ultra heat robot vacuum cleaner for 8 months now, there’s a error in the application showing that the cleaning water tank is not installed, even when i have installed it properly. I have removed the tank and cleaned the compartment and the tank well but that too didn’t work.
