Brush Wrapped

Hello Dreame Support,

I’m experiencing a recurring issue with my Dreame robot vacuum. It keeps displaying the “Hair Wrapped” error after cleaning for only 2–3 minutes, even though there is no hair wrapped around the brushes.

I have already tried all the troubleshooting steps multiple times, including:

* Thoroughly cleaning the main brush.
* Cleaning the side brush.
* Cleaning the small brush and all accessible rotating parts.
* Removing any visible hair or debris.
* Reinstalling the brushes correctly.

Despite doing all of this, the same error continues to appear every time after a few minutes of cleaning.

The robot was purchased in India, but I currently live in Tokyo, Japan. Could you please advise what the issue might be and whether this could be a sensor or hardware problem? Also, since I’m currently in Japan, please let me know what support or service options are available.
