Water Tank Sensors issue

My robot F10 is unable to use mopping and error message telling " Water has been removed" and  "Water tank is installed".
In very prompt and no option is to bypass this sensor through app.
Please help anyone this is become second time in a year.

Same problem seems like scam to me . As the warranty got over
