D20 Plus 2 not Returning to Dock

After last night cleaning . Robo returned to dock successfully. Today morning when I started a zone cleaning it Jumped out of Docking station instead of regular smooth decline .
Then After zone cleaning it failed to return to Dock . Since then I tried to delete map and make it return  to dock . When in dock it’s Not charging . I tried wiping the contact with dry smooth tissues . Checked wheels. , checked contacts all seems fine . It’s not charging when manually placed on the Dock .
