L10 Prime Mop Pad Drying – Very Weak Airflow from Dock

I am using a Dreame L10 Prime and recently the mop-pad drying function has stopped working properly.

The drying function starts normally in the app, but the airflow from the dock has become very weak. Earlier, the drying fan used to produce a noticeably stronger/louder airflow, but now the fan sound is very faint and I can feel only a small amount of air around the sides of the robot when it is docked.

As a result, the mop pads remain wet and do not dry properly.

I have already checked that:

- The robot is correctly placed on the dock.
- The drying function starts from the app.
- The dock is powered normally.
- There is still some airflow, but it is significantly weaker than before.

I contacted Dreame service and they asked me to send the robot along with the mop pads to their service centre. However, I am concerned because the drying fan/air-drying system is part of the base station.

Could someone please clarify:

1. Is the drying airflow generated entirely by the base station?
2. Does the service centre test the robot using a known-working test base station?
3. If my robot works normally with their test dock, will they then inspect my original base station?

Has anyone experienced a similar issue where the drying fan became much quieter/weaker and the mop pads stopped drying?

Any advice would be appreciated.
