[D10 Plus Gen 2] How much does the water tank cost, and how can I get it in Bangalore?

I am facing an issue with the mopping functionality of the device. Although the mopping mode starts normally and the machine operates as expected, it is not dispensing or taking in any water. Because of this, only dry mopping is happening instead of wet mopping.

I have checked the water tank to ensure it is filled properly and correctly installed, but the problem still persists. There is no visible water flow to the mop pad, and the floor remains completely dry even after running the mopping cycle for some time.

Kindly assist me in troubleshooting this issue or let me know replacement is required. Please advise on the next steps to resolve this at the earliest.

Hi Akshay,
If you look at the motor and pump inside the tank, it is rusted completely due to water entering inside that sealed chamber.
You'll need to replace the water tank.

Usually this happens when you use a local detergent or immerse water tank in water to refill it.

Please make sure to just use drinking water and fill it through the tap

I understand that the water tank needs to be replaced. However, I have checked everywhere, the replacement water tank is not available anywhere.

Could you please help me place an order for the water tank from your end, or let me know the official process to purchase the spare part? If there is an authorized service center or alternative way to procure it, kindly share the details.
